We can run a batch as small as 7,000 litres using a variety of glass bottles, 200ml, 250ml, 275ml, 330ml, 500ml, 750ml and 1 litre using either crown caps or ROPP caps.

Yes, we use tunnel pasteurisation that the finished filled product passes through after filling, this ensures your product is pasteurised to the correct temperature and time. This process helps maintain the integrity of the product throughout its shelf life.
Do you provide the bottles/cans?
We maintain stocks of 330ml, 750ml, and 1 litre glass bottles. Cans need to be printed unless opting for sleeving after production, so they are ordered as required.
You may supply the bottles and cans yourself, or we can purchase them on your behalf, subject to supplier minimum order quantities (MOQs).
We can assist with the printing of labels and cans in the following ways:
We are happy to manage the print process for you for a management fee. Alternatively, we can recommend our approved suppliers who will guide you through the printing process.
How many units per case?
Cases contain either 8, 12 or 24 units, depending on your order requirements.
Goods are positively released 4 days after production. After this period, they are due for collection as we do not have storage on-site.
Based on a production run of 15,000 litres, we would expect to have less than 5% wastage.
We are proud to be BRC accredited, which ensures that the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. Additionally, all products are sent to an accredited UKAS laboratory for testing before they are positively released.
Our facility is unable to cater for small runs, so we do not offer trial runs.
